Should I take sertraline(zoloft) again for my chronic anxiety?
It's been 2 months since I stopped, I'm having obsessive thoughts about what could've been and the future.
Any other anons that take it?

I used to, I don't need it anymore. It worked well for me at first, then started to get worse, and then when I stopped taking it I got even worse than that (even beyond a "normal" withdrawal period.) Vyvanse was better. Gotta also do things to support better mental health. Activity, fresh air, good food, something you can be proud of yourself for. Etc.

Vyvanse is for something else isn't it, it's for focus.
Yeah, I don't really go outside, that for sure doesnt help

Zoloft might be the only SSRI that doesn't annihilate your brain. Take at your own discretion. Remember all other medications are evil
