How do you deal with your job you've been working at for 10+ years, just piling tasks on you endlessly, for you to do within the same time frame, on top of what you already do?Ideally not quit job find something else, ideally not fucking go back to school and learn a new trade, I'm not fucking 18 living at my parents anymore. Ideally not bullshit idealistic move to Cambodia and live off the land instagram influencer shit. I know I'm asking this on the internet but Ideally I would want some real life applicable advice.

Kek. Why Ed sheeran?
>>34272517Imaging technician.I'm piled up with all sorts of tasks through the shift due to lack of personnel, and they compound and add up endlessly. And while I understand the issue, the "lack of personnel" has been here since day 1 of my job, 10+ years ago, and has been a constant throughout the field pretty much everywhere you go and whatever you do, and will be here long after I'm fucking dead. So me simply working the equivalent of 2 jobs at the same time just isn't gonna cut it.But at the same time I know how the situation at large is, how there's a crisis in jobs and all, and I'm actually liking my job as long as I just do my job and not the endless other tasks.
