Hey y'all, I got offered two jobs, one at a Marco's and one at an Amazon DSP. I'm only going to be in my area for 4 and a half more months before I have to move. Whatever job I choose, I plan to go full-time with it.

Marco's:
-$15/hr + tips
-Have to use my own car ('97 Honda Odyssey)
-Can transfer to inside work if something goes wrong with my car
-5-mile radius, doesn't go into the city
-Flexible scheduling

Amazon DSP:
-$22/hr
-Will be monitored by their AI the whole time
-Using company-provided vehicle
-Wed-Sat or Sun-Wed 9:30pm to 7:30pm
-Very strict with time off

My main concern with Marco's is having to use my own car. I DoorDashed with it for about eight months, and I stopped when I noticed that the coolant was leaking (more like pouring) one day and my car started to overheat. I got that fixed, but it's still an old car. It's quite literally the only thing holding me back from accepting the Marco's position outright, even though I know I can transfer to inside work if something does go wrong.

What would you guys choose?

Marco's, no brainer. The car's a bit of a risk but the old girl should be able to hang on for a few months if you're attentive, and you have the kitchen as a backup. You don't need Amazon-level stress for a temporary gig like this.
