Is over thinking it a sign of low iq?
I don't even know why I am embarassed because I already disassociated myself from normal faggots. The fact that bothers me most id the mistake is also a completely retarded one, one that can be easily avoided.
Should I just change my mentality to learn from it and move on?

Yes. Cultivate appreciation for the fact that you've had the opportunity to learn this lesson. Be grateful it wasn't worse, and that it happened now rather than later. It absolutely had to happen at some point on a long enough timescale, because mistakes are how we learn, and we're bound to make the mistakes we haven't learned yet. So it was only a matter of when, not if. If embarrassment was the only cost, then it was a very affordable lesson.

The recent mistake I made probably could have sent me in ICU in worst case scenario. Thankfully nothing bad happened. I could elaborate but made this thread for all kinds of mistakes in general.
