Advice please?

Been rekindeling things with ex girlfriend. She's trying to get out of a current relationship with someone who compulsively lies and sneaks out to cheat on her. This person keeps manipulating her to pull her back in everyone she gets fed up with the bulls hit.

How to break the cycle? She doesn't deserve this, I care about her.
