anyone have neetbux advice?

I have diagnosed schizoaffective, havent worked in years, hospitlization records, and a psych team. but im worried ill probably get denied.

i need surgery for a few grand but am worried that working short term will ruin my application, additionally, i will never be able to work long term so why try again now.
anyone offer advice for better odds. my chances? its over
