I am a foreign student and I am NOT allowed to work at all legally where I live. PayPal is banned for my nationality too. However, I found that a PayPal alternative, Payoneer, can be used to receive payments (this means if a platform supports Payoneer I can theoretically freelance on it).
Translation gigs are saturated, or beyond my ability. I am not a translator.
However, I am taking a TEFL online certificate and trying to brush up on my English so I can host English lessons/courses on websites that support Payoneer so I can make money.
So far, my plan is to spend all my FREE time doing the TEFL course, studying English grammar, pronunciation, and vocab by heart, and slowly design a better-than-others English resource.
I have a lot of options:
>Upload on Udemy, make $3.70 per enrollment, have Udemy market my course for me.
>Create a YouTube channel, get popular, host my own courses and charge higher for them (but how much?)
I am not going to compete against natives - my entire niche is going to be using my native language as much as possible to teach my students the English they need and only then slowly weaning off my native language into English-English instruction.
Also, I don't have the mental capacity to think 5-6 courses ahead, so I will just create one English language masterclass and teach all 4 skills in it (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
Any advice?

Also, I am investing a lot of money upfront:
>Bought a phonetics textbook.
>Picked a pronunciation course.
>Consulted a pronunciation coach to teach me how to teach my students proper pronunciation.
>Bought a few grammar resources.
>Got ESL beginner guides.
>Bought beginner English learner resources to study their structure.
>Got the best English textbook series.
My entire gamble is that I will make all that money back once I can sell courses or something.

If you already spent the money, then it's a bit too late to ask for advice.
Good luck, hope it works out for you, but also try to have a plan B if things don't go the way you want them to.
