I don’t know if it’s the same for both genders, but have you noticed that a man may truly love only ONCE? After that, the rest of the women in his life are often just attempts to forget or hurt the one he truly loved, an escape for lust, or simply a baby incubator to kickstart a family so he end up alone?

Of course if the love of your life leaves you or dissapoints you, you may keep dating other women as a a sexual escape, but you wont open your heart again.

It's the exact same for me to her and her to me.
We complete each other, nothing will ever change that
>>
>>34317697
Not true at all. I've been "in love" a few times, with the same intensity, and each time for a different reason
>>
>>34317725
You probably don't know the difference between lust and love.
>>
>>34317742
lust is wanting to fuck her
love is wanting to fuck her again
>>
>>34317697
nah, I've intensely loved many times
you temper your emotions as time goes by to not get hurt that's for sure but once you're into it, I feel the same I've felt since I was 13

Yes, this is usually how it works for men who aren't sociopaths. I loved only one person. She didn't respect me and cheated a lot. Boo hoo same old story, right? Well in this case I did everything possible to make things work. But it was like the harder I tried the less she cared. The only reason that I still think about this so much, years later, is because I left her. Literally just walked away and never looked back. I have felt like a POS ever since, but when I tell people this they say "well she was a cheater and tried to kill you so why aren't you happy?" It's really fucked. You don't think I want to move on? I literally can't because my stupid brain won't let me. It still wants the same person to come back new and improved with an apology. I know this is impossible and will never happen ever but the best memories/sensations are the ones I felt with that person. Getting a new GF would only make things worse because I'd want that new girl to be like the old one minus the bad qualities. I genuinely believe that good hearted people are totally fucked in this life, bro

You have never loved anyone, but what is even sadder is that no one has ever loved you, if you cannot even describe what love is.

>I feel the same I've felt since I was 13
Thefore you don't know what love is, a child that age could never know the meaning of love.

Nah pass

No, that sounds like a specific type of mental illness. Most men (including myself) will fondly think lustful thoughts of women they dated (or wanted to) long ago when they are lonely, but that's just a natural coping mechanism that goes away once in a satisfying relationship (I think, haven't had a gf since before 2020, been fantasizing about a lot of women I haven't seen since before then)

That would be for retards who can't value assess accurately and also lack the intelligence to notice %%% features in others, hence are unable to find a "better" specimen. If you truly found some undeniably superior meat, you would latch on and never let go. But instead you get wrapped up in retarded fantasies with no basis in reality. So wake the fuck up, stop being a pussy ass bitch, and pursue the highest specimen you can possibly find. And no, tunnel visioning on some mediocre broad is not pursuing the highest specimen you can possibly find, because you aren't finding shit if the only comparisons you're making have a sample size of 1. Get collecting, rank em up, pursue the top

>Anyone who disagrees with me doesn't know the difference between love and lust
Are you autistic or just regular retarded?
>>
>>34317697
You’re describing a complex a man can mature out of by learning to grieve and accept his loss, this is not his natural fate.
>>
>>34317697
You only believe in Santa once too.
>>
>>34321683
Notice how he, for example, doesn't even register immaturity of >>34317841 whose ego got hurt but he wants to blemish it by gaslighting himself it was one and only true love
>>
>>34317697
>but have you noticed that a man may truly love only ONCE?
No. This is a thing that only really young people think. Life is not a contiguous experience in which you are the same person with the same values, knowledge and perspective throughout. What is "true" at one point in your life will not necessarily be "true" a month, a year or decade later. Of course there are times when people will lose a DESIRE to pursue another experience after the loss of a previous one but that's not the same thing as being incapable.

>This is a thing that only really young people think
I think that and i am im my 30s

>I think that and i am im my 30s
Well, if you're a typical 4chan autist with very little relationship experience then you're likely still mentally pretty young.

No, it might be true for some men, but it isn’t a universal one. I’ve had two great loves in my life, and the more powerful or impactful one came after the first, but I loved that first one completely. I haven’t since the second found any love to match it, though I have had girlfriends since, and I don’t know if I’ll ever find someone to match it, but I’ve definitely “truly loved” more than once. The second was arguably a greater match than the first, but I assume I could truly love again if the third was equal too or greater quality of match then the second.
>>
It's only ever been her for me
>>
>>34317697
>have you noticed that a man may truly love only ONCE?
Speaking as a man: no, I have never noticed that. It does not apply to me, or to any other man I have ever known. I have been deeply in love a number of times.
