Sounds like you have to keep putting in applications for something better until you get a callback asap. You have to go as hard as you can at it because it sounds like you're extremely miserable and need to get out of there instantly

I do know that I'll kill myself on my 40th birthday because another 30 years of this is bullshit. Its not like I haven't been trying to make things better, that's one of the reason I'm burnt out, constantly grinding for basically no end. I can't motivate myself anymore unless there is an actual tangible end to the grind. I do wonder if I just fucked up royally in my 20s and now I'm just trapped.
