What is your best advice for bad posture/tech neck? I am in this picture and I don't like it. I get conflicting info on the rest of the interwebz

I got picrel, kneeling chair, looked too gay, so now I just lower my normal chair, cushion on lower back, and scoot close to the desk. puter is on a small platform, just a few cm really. Not perfect but improving, and all the effort made me much more aware so I correct more often, I almost roll my shoulders back TOO much but it feels gud

Sleeping on your back without a pillow is one of the easiest ways of passively improving your posture... If you're not gonna get sleep apnea from it.

also do some stretching exercises and chin tucks twice per day.

Exercise/some simple stuff like stretching can go a long ways

This is a dumb one so it's a separate paragraph, but a choker worker too I don't know why of how to explain it but it felt like something "there." It wasn't a fetish thing and just something I used while sitting at my desk in my room after buying it for a Halloween costume a few years ago. Lost it a few months ago and still miss that thing.. cheap but sentimental

Take frequent short breaks where you actually stand up and do something that requires you stand upright like walking somewhere or stretching or filling your water bottle or whatever. Literally just do something else other than sitting and staring at a screen for 2-5 minutes every half hour.
