The girl i once loved birthday is in a few days! Should i text them a happy birthday?

Just a little bit of context.

I used to be with a girl until one day she started ghosting me after I confronted her she told me she doesn’t see a future with me and blocked me, after a few months have passed and i noticed she started stalking me and texted me through a fake account pretending to be someone else, me who was depressed at the time i blocked her instantly and she decided to come back with multiple accounts and silently stalking and watching every story and post.

Now her birthday in a few days and i’m debating if i should text her or not. Knowing damn well she didn’t text me in my birthday.
