What can I do to increase my chances of successfully fasting for ten days. I am 184lbs currently and I want to get down to 140 or even lower. I don’t want to be big or strong I want to be as thin as possible it’s just what I would be happy with. I don’t want advice on how to work out or get jacked to be clear my only goal is to decrease my body’s size as much as possible. >>34331554Whenever you look at food imagine it covered in mold, feces, and cockroaches skittering all over it. Be prepared to sleep a lot, and take vitamins, preferable 0 calorie ones. Be very careful what you eat coming off that fast though, as you can get refeederism syndrome and it fucking sucks. Longest one I’ve done was 14 days, but I stayed high off a weed pen and watched YouTube non-stop throughout.
