Title says it all. I'm spent. Entirely. Even my credit cards are maxed out. I had a great temp job that ended back in September, but as of yesterday, the money is all gone. I applied to that same job, but they're dragging ass on rehiring me. I know getting another job is important being broke as shit, but I feel like I'll fucking lose it if I have to go back. If I call the bank and tell them straight up>I have no money.>I can't makw last month's or this month's payment Will they try and reposses the car? I say try, because it's been stuck at the dealership since before Thanksgiving waiting on a new engine.
what are you like 16? banks don't care, they're just a storage box. if you don't make your car payment there is a legal process that, if you don't ultimately come up with the money, they'll just come and take their car back. it's not your car unless you carry the title in hand.

file for bankruptcy if your above 50k in debt, wait 3-5 years (depending on country) and you have no debt. ez.
