Well first diliniate between genuine anger or jealousy

If it indeed IS undo jealously then simply recognize that it is a worldly event like if Kim khardasian is wealthier than my it's because she got popular by being stupid etc if someone is muscular they worked out if someone is better looking they have better genetics etc
