What do I do if I always feel tired and drained? I yawned like 20 times in one hour today. I did a sleep apnea test, blood tests, and everything came out fine.

Diet and fitness.
Eat better and move around. It will require effort and you will not want to do it. This is because it is different, it is change, not because it does not work.

try to improve your sleep quality, it might be fucked without you realizing
make sure you're eating/drinking enough

apart from that idk
you could try >>34363400, modafinil is one of the few decent pharmaceuticals
mild stimulant and eugerogic with a long half life, non-addictive

This. You are not tired OP. You are unmotivated, you are bored, maybe depressed even. But you are not tired.

You said a sleep apnea test, but you can still have issues sleeping even if you do not have that particularly sleep disorder. That and "blood tests" are vague. What did they check for? I know iron is a common one that people are unknowingly deficient in which can cause tiredness, same with others like vitamin B12.

Assuming, however, that diet and sleep are not the issue, there are other aspects of your health that could contribute to it:
- Lacking exercise
- Staying inside
- Not socialising enough
- Overworking

There are many more, but the issue is you have not given enough detail.
