Some Hello Kitty emo girl at my job has been making my life very difficult because I ignored her a few times. She once blocked me from talking to some other girl at work by standing in front of me, she often walks really close to me whenever I attempt to talk to other girls. She's hit me twice but made them look like accidents. She flirts sometimes but I feel like that's just her way of trying to confuse me by making me overthink. She was transferred to another store after she got promoted to manager, but her friend started working here recently and she keeps staring at me and just acting weird, clearly she's talked about me outside of work, and even at the other store she works at now since her boss gave me a cheeky smile when he saw me (me and the girl were in the same room together). How should i handle this situation? Do I document everything and report to HR?
Violent and rough penetration with her to procreate, what are you retarded. If she is cute i mean
I would keep tabs on the interactions. Realistically they will believe anything she says over your word, no matter how right you are, bc she's a woman and higher-up than you. Sucks but that's how it goes sometimes.
report her. dismantle her bullshit tsundere act, no one should be acting like that past middle school
>>34367464She might be into you
>>34367464I cannot believe this is true.
>>34367464Absolutely report herThink of how it would look with the sexes reversed
>>34367464I don't know if you've experienced anything that can be reported or brushed off yet. Most of that can be chalked up to a "misinterpretation" at the moment.>but her friend started working here recently and she keeps staring at meHer friend keeps staring at you? Is she harassing you as well? What is your current level of contact with the Hello Kitty girl at this point?
>>34368802Sometimes she'll show up to pick stuff up for the other store and we'll just ignore each other, recently because her friend works here now, she'll show up more frequently, but we won't actually talk or anything. It's just now, her friend will do this thing where I'll just be working or doing something else and she'll just stand there and stare at me, almost like she's trying to illicit some kind of reaction, it happens a lot and it's getting on my nerves. And I know she's still holding a grudge because some girl I was cool with recently grew cold and distant towards me and naturally, she works alongside the emo girl all the time. I don't think that's a coincidence, so even now, after all this time has passed she's still trying to poison the well and now her friends getting involved. So far her friend hasn't really done anything except act awkward and sometimes give me an attitude so I don't have much to go by in terms of reporting her. >>34368482I don't think so, like I said, I think she's just trying to make overthink so that I can develop a crush on her and then she can have the upper hand, even if she did I wouldn't get with somebody that emotionally immature and abusive. >>34368572It unfortunately is and it isn't as great as the fantasies you've read online have led you to believe.
>>34367464If you don't mind me asking, what is your job?
>>34369575It's a restaurant
>>34369380>except act awkward and sometimes give me an attitudeAre you referring to behavior outside of the usual staring? Can you give an example of "giving attltude" or "acting awkward"?Just to reiterate, you have not hit on these women at all, correct?>cheeky smile when he saw me and the girl were in the same room together. Hmmm. At the very least if she did spread a rumor about you it couldn't be TOO bad if the boss is expressing amusement rather than concern.
>>34369852I'm expecting her to not act any particular way since in my opinion, the beef is between me and the other girl, so just a casual work relationship, but I guess she isn't interested in that. >Just to reiterate, you have not hit on these women at all, correct? No, actually the emo girl has been the one who occasionally would flirt with me, her friend so far has only been staring at me.
>>34367464She wants your dick you retard. Show her how assertive you are and ask her out. Most hello kitty chicks are like this
>>34367464Are you attracted to her
>>34367464looks like she's into you, some girls do these weird annoying shit
>>34367464>Some Hello Kitty emo girl at my job has been making my life very difficult because I ignored herimagine my shock, can't even do nothing to these insane bitches.
>>34370060Unfortunately there is not much you can do other than quit. The person who gossips first typically controls the conversation. Unless you have convincing proof of her ill will towards you or a means of seriously harming her credibility then your other coworkers are likely to side with her over you. It sucks and it isn't fair but it is the hand you've been dealt. Best to continue working dillgently and do your utmost not to engage with them.Crazy women only get their just desserts when people around them can no longer deny that they are insane.
>>34372403I don't think people are necessarily taking her side but they don't want to get on her bad side and be on the receiving end of her lunacy, because I have talked about the stuff she's done at work and they kind of just stay quiet afterwards or give a simple "....yeah" and then change the subject, like I'm the weird one for pointing this out. >>34372188I guess the best course of action is to just leave the room as soon as you see one..
>>34372564>I guess the best course of action is to just leave the room as soon as you see one.Yes. People will joke about wanting to land a BPD princess but an unhinged, immature woman who wants nothing more than to psychologically torture people for fun and has figured out how to use social convention as a shield is dangerous.
>>34372564>I have talked about the stuff she's done at work and they kind of just stay quiet afterwards or give a simple "....yeah" and then change the subjectI think you need to figure out if this "...yeah" means they agree with you and feel helpless or if it's because they think you're embellishing and are too chickenshit to call you out on it.If they also have bad experiences with her you may be able to use that as ammunition.
>>34372607That's actually why I ignored her in the first place, I didn't want to deal with any headaches because I know how immature and crazy these girls are, but I guess me ignoring her bruised her ego and now she's trying to cope like some middle school girl who didn't get her way. Apparently it made her feel bad enough that all of her friends and some of her coworker buddies know about me, though most of our coworkers seem to be acting neutrally, her friend is acting weird, feels like I'm being studied under a microscope.
>>34372625Lol she's treated some of the other guys like shit too but they literally just put up with it, I've been the only guy so far to actually call her out on her behavior when she tries it on me which usually just leads to her being quiet for most of our shift.
Marry her OP, if I was in your shoes I would marry her and hammer my cock on her every single day of our lives.
>>34372756Im excited to get married. There's only one person I've ever felt this way about. I dream of what it's like bringing her home and kissing her for the first time.
