Basically I can't maintain a consistent sleep schedule. I used to be able to wake up to alarms but I barely can now, I typically wake up to them and then can't get out of bed and fall right back asleep. I always somehow end up staying up later than the previous day which rotates my schedule until i'm waking up in the night and then I have to stay up 24hrs to fix it which sucks ass and probably isn't healthy to do every few weeks. I've tried using 6 hour alarms but even when I rarely wake up to them I end up somehow staying awake until the same time anyways instead of falling asleep earlier. So with that, what do? I'm probably going to try a bedtime alarm, haven't done that before. But on some nights my brain is overactive even when i'm tired so I might still stay up too late even if i'm just in bed. I've tried melatonin but it seems to have a fairly minimal effect most of the time.>get a jobGreat idea but that's on the backburner right now>just take a napI haven't been able to take a nap once in my life unfortunately
>>34367758If you actually want it to be consistent, look at what this fag has to say.Bryan johnson. He says no caffeine, no alcohol is the way to have perfect sleep. Also no food before bedtime. He has a lot of other insane advice too, but you don't have to follow that.
