I've got hobbies, friends and family but I can't help but focus on tfwnogf. It's just getting worse since I turned 30 last year. You should join a club of one of your hobbies and go to their meetups, stuff like running clubs, book clubs, etc.. That's a good way to meet girls or even guys who can help you meet girls they know. Bars is alright but going solo is rough these days. I would bring 1-2 friends, even better if they're girls as well. Remember pussy =/= selfworth
