This has been happening for weeks, but this is the first time it's happened in a long time. This is the 5th time total. This problem always starts whenever I use the Chrome browser. I use a mix of Chrome and Brave for different reasons, but when I use Chrome, sometimes it stops all YouTube videos from playing on all of my browsers and devices if I'm signed into my account. These have been my fixes so far every time this happened.
1: signed in and out
2: delete Brave cookies
3: delete Brave history
4: delete Chrome cookies
