My friends tell me I should capitalize on my achievement hunting by being a streamer and make youtube videos of my achievement hunts. If I am gonna be a streamer, I'd much rather be a Vtuber.
>>34372751>If I am gonna be a streamer, I'd much rather be a Vtuber.Don't, Vtubers are retards and this is not the target audience for these kinds of games. Vtubers that make success are usually those that talk about mainstream, in other words, opinion channels. If you want to make success as a gamer you have to copy the same formular many others did, like Asmongold, Penguinzo, XQC. They were just good at games, and relatable. Later on they changed into other things but their audience sticked together because they are relatable.
>>34372751you'll only make it if you have the personality to back it up. off the top of my head the only one that is male and an actual gamer that has any shred of success is this guy. https://www.youtube.com/@RandonNeuring/streamsand he had to work his ass off to get there. making it as a streamer is just as much of a dead-end time sink as trying to become an influencer. you might as well start day trading.
Ah I see. I just go the idea because a friend said he made $100 a month from his videos at 1,000 subs. I don't expect to be pewdie pie or anything. Just gain enough for a new game occasionally and earn some extra money along side work.
>>34372831this is fucking nothing unless you're living in a third world shithole. are you seriously going to spend the time and stress of constantly recording and uploading everything you do for the compensation of 1 single day of wagie work? vidya is supposed to be a way to destress, not be a side hustle. this ship has already sailed.
