i had posted this to /b/ a few days ago not realizing there was an advice thread like an idiot, so you may remember this. to cut it short, my parents randomly told me they were getting a divorce. we're thousands of dollars in debt, and i've only became an adult a few months ago. i have to go to college soon, and i have very expensive medical bills that i cannot pay for. i'm completely at a loss for what to do, and right now i'm just biding my time.

Yup, obviously your mom isn't dealing with all these bills and decided to cut her losses before they get worst with you going to college and all (not worth it btw, ask anyone, they'll say trade school or being a vtuber is better).Seems like a money thing.
