Sometime during my childhood, I begun speaking, typing, thinking, and writing with an autocentric style. And it comes across as narcissistic, but the reason for this is I somehow someway was convinced by someone else to doubt my personal views of the world, and to doubt myself. "Who the fuck are you to talk about x y z?", that whole thing. And I want to branch out of this thinking, its so restrictive, sounds so self absorbed, etc. etc. Are there any long texts where someone does not speak of themselves, or has any use of autocentric lamguage? I want to speak of the world and stop sounding so fucking self absorbed and narcissistic. I want to stop acting, thinking, speaking, and writing like this as much. Thanks.

It's just how people talk and view the world, anon, we tend to lense things through our own perspective in order to share our conclusions. The goal isn't to discount yourself or your own views, but to just not be so closed off to the views of others. You can perfectly well say "I believe this, here is why", someone else says the same, and ideally, if they made a cogent argument for their perspective, you can both find new understanding and reframe your views. In practice, that doesn't happen much, because, while you feel this manner of speaking and thinking is narcissistic, the fact is that most people have narcissistic traits to some degree, and people tend to be close-minded, viewing disagreement or skepticism of their perspectives as a personal attack, and so they defend them emotionally rather than logically, almost as though they're defending themselves instead of their argument. It's very typical, and if you are capable of a level of introspection that even has you questioning that dynamic, you're already doing better than most people in that regard.

but really, i wouldn't worry about it too much, OP
it's probably not as bad as you think
but you can try to just not speak if it's something which contains "i" a whole bunch of times
only speak when you feel it's necessary
