I can't seem to find a job. I live in belgium, I initialy wanted to work in construction but now I'm also open to warehouse, factory and retail but no one is hiring, they all want experience. Some say, just go up to people and ask for a job but that's boomer advice. All the employment agencies are worthless, they don't do their job. I recently got my driver's license also and a car and I thought "surely now I'll be able to find a job" but I was delusional, the reality is they're all asking for experience. I'm thinking of like doing robberies to survive
>>34379295Job ads are wishlists, describing the ideal candidate. If he shows up, he gets hired. But if he doesn't, they take the best from among those who do apply. So EVERYTHING they ask for is negotiable, and experience is the first thing they're willing to back down about.
>>34379295You're in an unfortunate geo location. Belgium is densely populated and has many low skill immigrants. Look into geomaxxing, even within europe.
