yep. I would be 10 times better of a person if I just threw my smart phone and computer into a dumpster but we have reached the point where you just cant do that anymore. We are fully in dystopia and if you are like me, a person who is succeptible to your dopamine system getting hijacked by techonology you are just fucked and there is nothing you can do. Hopefully next time we roll better genetics

I just get a temporary feeling of, I could take action if I wanted to
And sometimes I do

what usually works is to start doing the task before the stims kick in
if you try to wait until it's working to start doing chores, it's easy to end up reading articles for 8 hours instead
