Should I pull an all-nighter to fix my sleep? I've been sleeping at 5 AM every day. I go to bed at fucking midnight or 2 AM and can't sleep until 5, ever since I was put on quetiapine, which I quit 2 to 3 weeks ago. I was sleeping for 12 hours too on quetiapine but it got better and it's been at 7-10 hours every day.But I woke up at 4 PM today. Should I even fucking bother with trying to sleep at 5 AM? All my family could suggest to fix my sleep was melatonin (gives me migraines) or fucking antidepressants.
I heard staying up can reset your rhythm but idk if it's actually true. I do know that long flights serve breakfast close to landing to trick your body into thinking it's the morning, maybe try that
>>34386180I think this skipping a night to fix my sleep is a meme. You won't even feel very tired on the next day, you will sleep bad and wake up like shit too.For me, after I can't sleep a night, it takes 2 nights to get back to normal. Other people have told me the same..I suppose it's like this for most people.
>>34386180I've forced myself to wake up at whatever time I was planning to and just accepting the next day will be shit. By the end, you'll be tired enough to go to bed at a decent hour.
