i have self harmed ages 12-17 im now 21 and i still feel the urge very bad i dont know how to handle the extreme amount of negative emotions in any other way but its also retarded and pathetic i wouldn’t want to go there again but im just so lost i cant kill myself bc im a pussy and i have family. am i mentally ill or can this happen to anyone
