Been having memory issues recently, can't remember words or phrases half the time, sometimes people's names either. recently I had an issues where I forgot my own phone number for a little while. and it feels like it general im much worse at remembering things than I was around a few months ago. Is there something potentially really wrong with me? Like could this be caused by a tumor or early onset alzheimers? turned 30 last year but I don't think your memory turns much worse in that short of a time.

Depends. Could be a condition doesn't have to be as scary as tumor or Alzheimer's, can be sleep disorders, certain mental health conditions, nutrient efficiency etc.

Or if you've been more stressed sleep deprived or having a shittier diet could explain it. Any recent life changes? Also if you smoke a lot of weed that nukes memory formation

been jobless for a few months now, I've been getting sleep though at irregular hours, though usually at least 8 hours. guess I have had more anxiety, especially before bed.

Vitamin D and B
Magnesium
Have a strict time when you go to sleep this is most important
Drink fucking water and throw your soda in the trash.

You can't remember shit because you're not in a stable state of existence.

Unemployed = you sit for longer periods of time = you increase your chances of having a blood clot. This can deprive your brain of oxygen in some areas. You may have had a silent stroke too.

Early-onset dementia/alz is also very probable. If you're depressed it dramatically slows your brain down and it gets worse and worse after your mid twenties.

The COVID 19 bioweapon new variant may also cause both of the above.

it's the unemployment it makes you retarted
stay active by learning a instrument or do daily brain cardio games

Curious, are/were you under a lot of stress recently?

stress to get a job, and nighttime anxiety. but other than that no.

Brains do kinda go kaput around this age. If you had a tumour or something, it may be associated with other signs such as things not tasting the same as they used to or objects seem a different distance, depending on which eye you use, weight change sneaking up on you, shoes too tight, blind spots, flashes of light brought on by sudden noise, looking back on work that you have done and wondering how you accomplished it. Something besides you just being a brain fried tard cake.
