On dating apps? No. It might get your foot in the door, but you'll look really bad the moment you stand next to someone or something legitimately 6 foot. At best they'll assume you were desperate to be 6' so ended up reading the scale wrong, at worst they'll assume you're a liar willing to say whatever you think will get you laid.
