I know what to do to achieve my goals and be happy and comfortable and I know how to plan my time. The problem is that I always don't have energy and feel incredibly exhausted. I am already doing my best to uphold the essentials:
- sufficient high-quality sleep
- clean diet
- resistance training + cardio

What other tips can I follow to make sure I can get as much energy as possible?

You're depressed and it's over. Your entire body is in slow motion due to it. There is no need to combat the lack of energy caused by depression. Normal people can have poor sleep, drink all week-end, eat junk food, not do any sport, and they'll still have all the energy in the world.

I think your life is quite miserable if you have to do all you're currently doing (and even more) just to have "enough energy".
