A sixteen year old girl is not an adult woman. While she may seem "mature" to someone who doesn't see women as intelligent people, she is just like every other child her age. If you are incapable of being with a woman within your age group, probably look into why that is, and consider how differently you'd treat her as soon as she starts to get "too old" for you.
