New month, fresh start. 100% serious hat this time. Fucking my gf every single night instead of using porn. Even if neither of us get there, even if I tire out, I need to be better for myself, at the very least. That will mean staying away from this site until I have the self-control not to fap like a retarded ape the second I see the gay ass hentai ad banners. Also, trying to actually fucking work out and skip sugar every day instead of being a skinnyfat chud.

I don't believe it's the way I masturbate, other than the fact that I would naturally be the best at delivering myself an orgasm the most efficiently since there is no barrier of communicating. Researching the effects of pornography on the human brain, especially considering the factor of exposure in my childhood, has led me to believe it's a matter of dependency and being used to instant gratification over human intimacy. There is, too, a sense of shame surrounding sex, which I believe is also brought on by porn usage.

If you don't feel like working out: just go to the gym and do whatever, shit in the toilet there or do a set of whatever and go home. If you don't feel like going to the gym: just go pack your gym back and if you don't feel like going don't go. If you don't feel like packing your gym bag, take your gym clothes out of the wardrobe, you don't have to pack gym bag.

Re weightloss, don't focus on healthy diet rn. Focus on hitting macros. Key to fatloss is consistency. If you can stick with deficit, you will lose fat. So stick with deficit in a way that's easiest mentally. Focus on healthy choices later on. Focus on what prevents binges rn. That's 90% of weightloss. Eating whatever keeps you sane and safe from binges and in kcal deficit. Also for me remembering that candy (which is what I would binge on) is basically seed oil+sugar at 100x markup, helps. I'd check the nutrition label, see "sugar, palm oil, cocoa solids, ...", remember how cheap sugar and palm oil are, check how expensive the candy is per pound (often more expensive than fruit/meat per pound), and realise I'm being exploited.

Thanks for the genuine advice, thought this thread was gonna perish. I will definitely be doing the "just go there" thing, at least some cardio over nothing. Same with dieting. My skin is just fucked so I do really wanna focus on lower processed sugar intake, but won't beat myself up over it. :)

Yeah, I just believe it'd personally be easier to also do "nofap" and only sex my gf instead of my hand. I do believe in healthy masturbation sans porn, but I tend to think of porn when I masturbate, which I believe makes me just want to watch it more if that makes sense.

I eat a ton of starch and my skin is fine. Starch by itself doesn't cause binges ime. It also kinda blocks cravings. Try eating half a pound of durum pasta with 0 fat/sugar. Like throw in a can or two of tomatoes and some cottage cheese and herbs; and maybe mushrooms fried on dry pan, and garlic. See if you can finish the plate and if your cravings will decrease.
