I wake up everyday with a really bad painful headache that I can't do anything about, I went to multiple doctors and did a lot of scans/screening but I can't seem to know why the fuck do I get this headache everyday. When I eat and move it eases a bit but it's still with me all the day but its peak is when I wake up it's really painful and affects my whole life It's been with me for about 5 years just after corona, it's either I get rid of this headache or I end my life.

I've been taking painkillers on and off all these years while looking for an answer I really want to end it all

This is what (mostly) fixed mine:
10k IU Vitamin D
700mg Magnesium Glycinate
400mg Coenzyme Q10

I'll still get a bit of a headache every few weeks, but it can usually be whipped with 30 mins of an ice pack or an Aleve.

Also make sure you're getting enough salt and water. That your headache improves after getting up and eating could mean that it's due to low blood pressure, which salt and fluids can help with.

Do you have high blood pressure?
Is the pain associated with anything you do or eat (i.e., if you eat 'heavy' meals does it get worse, etc.)?
Other than eating and walking, is there anything else you do that seems to affect it?
Do you have other people in your family that have or had similar symptons?
How would you describe the pain? Is it on an specific side of your head?
Do you feel anything else?

I used to have constant migraines every week, turns out it was high blood pressure. Started taking Losartan and Anlodipine, and ever since then never had 'em again.

wake up? Sound like you may be grinding or have tmjd

Have trouble opening jaw? Or feel soreness around the mandibular condyle? I had to strengthen my lateral/medial muscles around my jaw and force myself to open outward. Also had to fix posture, I had forward shoulders and slight slight hunch。

I started the posture fixing, but it was hard to breathe. Still, did it for a month and could breathe properly and my lower abs finally popped out.

Here is this guy, type in "thoracopelvic " and read around there: mskneurology true-cause-solution-temporomandibular-dysfunction-tmd

he also has videos online, life saver and this fixed my chronic headaches.

>you eat 'heavy' meals does it get worse.
It gets better when I eat
>is there anything else you do that seems to affect it
When I drink a lot of coffee It gets worse but a little amount is okay
>Do you have other people in your family that have or had similar symptons?
No
>How would you describe the pain? Is it on an specific side of your head
Back of my head + center + my eyes too
>Do you feel anything else
I feel lethargic and I'm literally not able to do anything due to this headache
I want to add that when I take cold medications they give a better relief than painkillers (containing pseudoephedrine) so maybe it's a blood pressure problem

No not at all
>I started the posture fixing, but it was hard to breathe. Still, did it for a month and could breathe properly and my lower abs finally popped out
I don't know about TMJ but it could be a posture thing too

Sounds like a brain tumor to me. You really have to push doctors to make the right scans. Even then, it's hard to clearly see. Lots of people have to go to like 10 different doctors who tell them everything is fine, and then the 11th one finds the tumor (which is then at a more advanced stage, sadly).

I wouldn't be surprised if this was the case, fuck my life
>>

>maybe it's a blood pressure problem
Yeah man, I'm surprised the doctors never performed any physical examination in you to see if that was the case, it should be standard procedure.
If you haven't already, go take your blood pressure measured, and talk with a doctor about it.

Personally I do feel like it could be, based on my own experience and what you're informing. It's just a theory, but maybe the fact that it gets better when you eat and move is because the blood flow shifts to focus on other areas (stomach, legs, etc.), but only a doctor could say for sure.

In any case, best wishes man. I do hope you can get better, living with constant headaches saps all your strength, in my case even the tiniest bit of sound and light made it worse, so I know how the situation sucks.

Propranolol or sodium divalproate.

Yeah. Should be. But hospitals today are just debt factories. These doctors aren't here to help you, they're here to take your money and prescribe you bullshit.

Stuff like that almost makes me want to get back to finishing my med degree. It pisses me off how common it seems to be that so many doctors won't even look at their patients, let alone examine them or have their best interest in mind. Mofos forget all about their oath.

Do you feel sick, also?

I had/have a very similar problem. Turns out it was migraines. Specifically, the sunlight is what causes the issues. Got some prescription lenses and they make it more manageable.

That's what I thought, too. Pushed for the MRI and it came out clean.

I'll also take any advice on my situation since the shades aren't a silver bullet.
