>22y/o>don’t feel like i learned much of anything at college, which is mostly my fault since i always put in bare minimum amount of effort>no job prospects once i graduate college>friends fucking suck>no hobbies besides playing video games and surfing the web>high libido but virgin who hasn’t even been in a romantic relationship yet>commuting from parents house, and probably will continue to for foreseeable future>no noteworthy achievements to my name>at least 100 pounds obese>suicidal thoughts everydayto be honest, this is probably my 4th or 5th post to this board where i list more or less the same complaints. if you think you have some advice that can get me to stop bitching & moaning and instead actually change, please let me know. i’m so tired of feeling like my life is just one never ending downward spiralpic related
College is a big scam anyway, unless you’re going to be a doctor or lawyer or something, but even that doesn’t seem like it’d be worth the money or headache. It reads to me from your post like you lack purpose or drive; I would pick either one or two things to focus on that would drastically improve your life: money and health. Start looking for a job that sounds enjoyable or where you’d be able to learn a valuable skill and get paid for it. Get a gym membership and go. Look up fitness stuff and become interested in being the person you want to be. Are you interested in sleeping with fat unhealthy loser girls? If not, then you need to become someone a girl would want to sleep with. 1. Find your maintenance calories. 2. Eat less (macros = strategy). More protein = feel full and build muscle. Fat = lots of calories. Carbs = also lots of calories. Fiber makes you feel full. Insoluble fiber doesn’t get absorbed by the body, so it just passes through you but makes you feel full. Vegetables have phytonutrients or something that do a bunch of stuff to make you feel better. Turn frozen vegetables into a smoothie and you can’t even taste how disgusting they are. Money = freedom & options & happiness.
aren’t all these things kind of normal..? what did you expect to have done by 22? i agree with the other reply here, you should find things that make you happy, things that make you break your regular routine. a club or a sport or going to some event about your interests. explore as much as you can and find a few things that you want to dedicate yourself to. and if you can’t find anything that’s life changing or inspiring, then find something that makes you want to keep going just one more day at first.you say your life is a downward spiral but there’s nothing in here that’s bad.
