For the past year I’ve had a pretty upsetting case of brain fog or some kind of noticeable cognitive impairment. I used to be a voracious reader with a clear, sharp mind and able to intake large amounts of information comfortably. Now, I get tripped up over complex ideas and have trouble comprehending wtf I’m reading or hearing sometimes. I’ve been tested for sleep apnea, some kind of vitamin deficiency, done neuro testing, everything comes back normal but I still feel like my brain has been lobotomized. Anyone have any way to get back into having a clear mind and getting rid of what feels like your brain being on 8 gb of ram when it used to feel like 32 gb? Any supplements, exercise tips, whatever?

WWIII won't be fought with nuclear weapons. Instead, you'll see various skirmishes on key infrastructure like you see now in Iran/Lebannon/Ukraine. Other warfare methods include *drum roll* biological warfare.

When people ask me "when will WWIII begin?", I tell them it already started with COVID 19. It was a bioweapon created to cause heart problems and decrease brain oxygenation. It also causes blood clots.

All the people you see who have some debilitating "long COVID" or suddenly suffer from "brainfog" are nothing more than victims of that bioweapon. This includes you.

So what can you do?

Not much, to be honest. Perhaps running, taking blood thinners like Heparin, other nootropics that help send blood/oxygen to your brain. Just remember that COVID19 permanently damages your heart and its ability to pump blood to your brain effectively. There's only so much you can possibly do.

this is good advice
gain of function studies etc.
covid is certainly more of a blood disease than a respiratory one, and it seems the vaccines cause long-term effects too

probably not relevant to OP though

there's probably some specific cause, ur better off looking for that before trying to fix "brain fog"

i used to have this when i was depressed. i knew i had undiagnosed adhd and most likely this is what was causing it. you need to get fit. stop being fat. no more junk food. lots of water. no alcohol or sodas. minimize screen use. go outside and get vitamin D.

Frequencies

The ancient egyptians used frequencies 24/7

Even Tesla confirmed it

The pyramid and many geometric structures have been confirmed to have electromagnetic capabilities for whatever context they are referenced

OP, I'm no expert but I did a bit of light reading on what you're experiencing and I can relate to it...From what you wrote it sounds to me like you may have depleded dopamine receptors. In my case it was caused by a mix of smoking way too much marijuana, drinking alcohol, too much time doomscrolling, too much time spent on videogames and being very overweight. I'd gradually cut down all of those if they apply to you, and I'd set a mental goal AND also write down to read 5 pages of whatever book you want to read without getting distracted. I'd read without any loud music in the background and I'd stick with music that has no lyrics. I would also increase the amounts of pages you read by one every day. I read that every behaviour gets reinforced when repeated. As I said I am no expert and I don't mean to pretend I am, but I found that worked with me, especially after I cut down marijuana and lost fat mass. I think it will work with you as well. I wish for you to succeed, OP. I believe in you.

it could be genetics.
like the simpson gene.

it really hurts my head to get focused and do some productive studying or work. I don't know why. Below average intelligence zoomers are getting further in college than I am because I can't get myself to suffer nausea and pain to simply get through a day at college.
