gotta force yourself to get a snowball rolling in a certain direction, and you'll start meeting people again
it's true it's a fucked up position, but people have recovered from it plenty of times

there are also support groups if it's really bad, those might be better than nothing
but please stay away from the temptation to socialize online, it won't lead anywhere
