I've been having pain in the orange circled area for 3 days in a row now. It seems to only occur when I move (including breathing). I don't think its an anxiety issue, I've had anxiety attacks before so I'm familiar with how those feel. Also pain in the red area when I twist to the side, a very strong burning feeling that goes away after 10 seconds or so. Whereas the orange area is more of a sharp pain that goes away after a few seconds of being still. My blood pressure/heart rate are good. How can I tell when this sort of thing is an issue I should see a doctor about?
>>34397851If you feel like you should talk to a doctor the go talk to a doctor. No one knows your body better than you, specially random people on the internet.

>>34397851>How can I tell when this sort of thing is an issue I should see a doctor about? You should *always* talk to a doctor about unexpected chest pain. It might possibly be costochondritis; but no one on here is qualified to make that diagnosis at long range. Talk to a doctor.
>>34397851Ignore it. That is what the doctor would do.
>>34397851Have you tried doing stretches? Usually a good one for that area is to lie on your stomach, then use your arms to lift your chest up and lean back while your legs still lie flat on the ground, but you may have to experiment with other poses and stuff. If it isn’t a muscular thing, and you’re also pretty sure it isn’t misplaced digestive pain, then see a doctor.
