Is it worth trying to get cosmetic surgery as an incel? I'm 29 years old KHHV and from how I see it things are already over. Women are no longer attractive at this age and years of being undesired has left me jaded. Have any other incels improved their situation through surgeries or is it better to save your money to stay as cozy as possible for the many years of solitude ahead?
