All of those jobs are not particularly physically demanding, offer plenty of stability, and also pay better than unspecialized labor.

Forklift operators have a pretty chill job (some heavy lifting here and there) and electricians have *less* heavy shit, but an HVAC tech has a workshop on their back, rooftops, crawlspaces and boiler rooms to traverse, and heavy components to lug through tough spots.
