Procrastination is usually a symptom of something else, so ppl can't say much just by knowing that, but that's also an issue I've dealt with for years n honestly at some point u just need to find a way to turn around yourself or forcing yourself to do things in exchange of rewarding yourself later. Like, for example, for me it's way easier to not procrastinate studying if I'm doing it in public, like a library, and also u can try to notice by which hour of the day you want to be more productive and use that as much as you can!!
>>34400276The trick is to act now and think later. Have tasks preplanned and preloaded, and the moment one pops up in your brain, drop everything and start immediately. Because once you start thinking about it, or even worse, tell yourself you'll do it later, your brain will make it seem either extremely difficult or extremely boring, and won't generate the go-signal again. Then the anxiety from "I should be doing this, but I'm not" kicks in, and voila - you just wasted another day.
You can't get it all together at the last minute. It takes years to prepare for the big moments where you make it or break it. If you snooze, you lose. Quit fucking around.
