I am a helpless zoomer who has been blessed with working remotely for the majority of my career. I made it to the final round in-person interview. Usually jobs I've had the interviews were 1-2 rounds over zoom and they hire me. This is the third round and I have to be there in-person for half a day gives me the shakes.

Like, what do I do? Stand around awkwardly and make embarrassing small talk? How do you maintain yourself that long meeting with multiple people one after another?
>>
They basically just want to see if they can stand being around you for a long time.
Just be friendly and attentive and you'll be good.
Take 200mg of L-Theanine beforehand to help with anxiety.

Dont say anything weird or political
Talk about things nobody could find offensive, like sports or the weather or work

Just try to seem interested, be sure to ask questions. You've made it this far so you're doing something right. Try to comment on things they're doing and try to relate it to things you have experience with or even just something you're interested in learning more about.

is solid advice

this might be a bad idea if you've never tried l theanine, u might react weirdly to it

I used to get anxious but after having several humiliating interviews I have gotten really good at it. Sell yourself and give them qualities they wouldnt hear from normalfag cattle who just want to show up for a paycheck. Be personable and talk about any interesting hobbies you have when they ask you what you do outside of work. Ask questions about what they show you, if you want to impress them bring a small notebook and write important shit down. Try to engage with what they show you. Good luck.

It might take you a while to get over your autism from this lifestyle. This is why I like working in person, my social skills only improve over time.

I can concur. I think I'd be way more autistic if I was remote.

God I hate these autism filters made by privileged white foids.

the foids were put there for a reason, and their husband is the state
that's the part most people don't understand
