I did a brain MRI recently that came out clean so it's probably the former. Most likely genetic since my mother has a migraine disorder as well.

Could be a million things. Essentially most problems are caused by parasites, toxins, malnutrition, and frequencies (EMF pollution). You can try chlorine dioxide protocols but people say to also take binders because the herxheimer reaction might overwhelm and give fever like feelings. Also, do you use airpods or wireless headphones or sleep with your phone next to your head?
