Hi, I think years of porn addiction, doomscrolling and isolation have fried my brain.

It's been 6 years i'm trying to have a more healty life style now and I have improved but not enough to heal my brain.

I can't improve more because I live with my problematic family that doesn't let me sleep well and I'm always stressed because of them. Can't afford to rent, let alone buying an house.

The main problem is that I most of the time I can't concentrate or pay attention like I used to when I was a kid (I'm 23 now) and this is bad for my work (Software developer) and also for studying since being a SW developer fucking sucks and I want to change job.

To which type of doctor do I have to talk to to get pills or something? At this point I don't know what to do and I feel like only external thing can help since I improved every other aspect of my life.

In order to buy an house I need a stable job so I can either buy an house that is close to my job or if I will work online I can buy it anywhere, my current job is not stable and I want to change it anyway and i'm studying for change it. Money is not the only factor.

Since I started study this year, it will take at least 3 years to get the degree and without degree I can't get a new job so I will have to stand my family for at least 3 or more years.
