I used photos a guy showed me of the view from his window to see if he lives in one of 18 villages that I hate and he does. Population of less than 170. No people ever move in. Everyone is related, since they all marry within the village for generations. I have n extreme hatred for inhabitants of those villages and how inbred they are. How do I politely reject him and make him never talk to me again without stating the actual reason or being too mean ?

I told him I have no interest in relationships, (which is true, I didn't just say it to save his feelings) but every time I try to be nice and friendly he misinterprets it and tries to hug me from behind when he sees me in class. Going 60 in a 20 zone, didn't hit the breaks even after totaling her car from behind. Kept dragging her car almost sideways into a pole. Ran out of the car calling his mom (54 year old man btw). So having to deal with that while he persistently begs me to go to his freak village to hang out with his creepy family is not helping my anger issues. I'll do my best to be direct, but polite.
