Okay, so according to the SMART readout of the 1TB SSD of my laptop, it says it's at 91% health. It has a total power on time of 4 years and 238 days. It has read 156TB and written 65TB and has been powered on 323 times.

Do I need to worry about replacing it any time soon?

you can make a backup once per month if you're really worried
get a cheap HDD and use it for that purpose until the SSD breaks
