Having an extremely low libido is the reason for my lack of motivation in anything. I feel like if my libido would be higher then i'd have the urge in going out, taking care of my appearance and socialising. How do I even fix this?

Stop watching porn and masturbate less. It helps me at least. You get more confidence, you start feeling better and being horny motivates you pursue to women more.
Ignore the "no alcohol" advice. Alcohol makes you even more confident, if you know how to drink properly. I come from a country with a first-class drinking culture though, so I leave that to your own judgement.

Ignore the nutrition advice, as it's marketing cope and has no effect on you, same with porn.
Go to an actual endocrinologist to check hormones and then to a psychiatrist to get meds if your hormones are fine.
