Since last year, I’ve let myself go and started going to bed and getting up late, and it’s only recently that I’ve set myself the goal of going to bed and getting up earlier for my own sake. However, I’ve been told I look very young for my age (I’m 23), and the dark circles under my eyes make my face look awful. I’d like to hear your advice on what to do about this and ways to reduce dark circles and look a bit fresher and less aged in those areas. I’ve read that peptide-based creams can help reduce dark circles over time, as can caffeine-based creams. Are they really effective? Can I use them together? I’d also like some advice on how to sleep better, as lately I’ve been struggling to fall asleep until two in the morning, even if I go to bed three or four hours earlier. I usually tidy up a bit and use my phone for a while with the brightness turned down before trying to sleep. As an aside, I’ve been taking olanzapine for years, but as you may have noticed, it hasn’t had the full effect I was hoping for.
