how do you go about in switching positions in sex? Like how often? How many minutes should you keep doing a certain position, how many minutes should you be eating pussy, how many minutes should you be kissing, etc.? I know that the answer to all of those is probably "everyone's different", but like how many minutes more-or-less?

It's actually pretty simple. Sex is a strenuous activity done in awkward positions. You just switch because eventually you need to do something else to get back to being comfortable.
Also sex isn't like porn where you need to use a ton of camera angles to make it interesting.
