Hey guys. In a few weeks I’m starting on accutane, and I need tips on how to deal with dry skin and joint pain. I’m also looking for tips on loosing face fat and body fat. Any tips would be appreciated
Eat healthy.Hit the gym.Drink lots of water.
>>34415228First post best post, those 3 things are what I would focus on. One thing I would add though is incorporate neck training into your gym routine. Women generally only care about your face, and training your neck will indirectly improve facial appearance. The ideal ratio is having your neck width be 1:1 to your jaw width. Anything else gym related will give minimal results for the effort required when it comes to women, but any little bit helps with a subpar face.
Didn't Accutane fuck up people's GI tract and give them permanent IBS?Sort out your diet and environment first. Clean bedding at least once a week, change pillow case every day. Clean towel every day. You're showering daily, right? Use unscented vegetable based soaps for everything, including the laundry soap. You know how to shower properly, right? As in using your hands or a device to work soap across your entire dermis? Use clean low ingredient or single ingredient moisturizers such as beef tallow or shae butter. Cut every thing down to minimums and slowly reintroduce other ingredients. Try something simple like chicken, brown rice, and broccoli for two weeks. Then change one item at a time laying close attention to how your body responds. Obviously if you react poorly to something reintroduced you cut it from your life. The idea is to get a baseline so you're not chasing your tail trying to figure out what's causing problems.
