Almost everyone around me is useless and won't do anything themselves unless I tell them in great detail what to do or, more common, do it myself. I could obviously just not do things, which I've started to do with some things, but lots of stuff needs to be done and has negative consequences for me if its not done (just creating more work for me later if I don't do it properly).Has anykne actually solved this problem?
>>34415768Same boat. I cannot say that it is the right decision but is sounds like you are following the same path. I won’t do fucking shit anymore. I instruct, step by step, how to wipe ass and in which direction. Everyone sucks. I don’t know what happened. If you are reading this, there’s a good chance that you suck.

>>34415768When I managed a high stakes rocket team I faced the exact same thing. People take no initiative whatsoever. I felt like shit and over pressured just becasue people are unironically so lost when they have no guide. I managed it this way. The team composed of 34 people. I divided them into 7 teams for 7 different section of the rocket. Made one of them a sub leader under my lead so they dont fuck around too much. Slowly all the 7 people got a superiority complex or whatever which i shot down occasionally however they started organizing, managing and working like a proper team.
