What are you supposed to talk about all day at work?I just got a job and while I'm fine when I'm doing shit, when there's downtime I'm all stiff and awkward and I don't know what to talk about with my coworkers. Besides, I feel like since you're basically spending all day with your coworkers, you'll eventually run out of shit to say. What do I do then?

Sometimes the coworkers are anti social cunts, take part and make the effort but don’t turn against yourself if you fail, take the positives when you can and use each failure as a learning experience
